                                                                                                              This condo sits right on Cheesman park on the Southwest corner, you are literally steps to the park!  When you enter the condo you walk directly into the living room that has high ceilings with 7″ white crown molding that is present throughout the unit.  There is a large bedroom and a large separated dining/kitchen area in the unit as well as in unit washer/dryer.  The kitchen and the bathroom are in good condition and appear to have been updated 10+ years ago, so some updates are needed to justify the price.  The home was initially listed at $398,000 on 08/30 with a price reduction done on 10/10 to the current list price of $374,900, though this is a step in the right direction I still believe it is severely over priced given what has sold in the same building in the last six months.  I think this house will still need another major price drop to be more in line with what it is truly worth.  This condo is in a great location in Cheesman Park and is in a beautifully designed building that will always have last aesthetic appeal.  Once the home is priced where it should it will go under contract quickly.
